My husband sustained a work-related injury while performing his duties at work. Shortly, after returning to work with a modified work duty instructions from the doctor, he began to notice hostile treatment from his immediate supervisor. On several occasions, my husband attempted to resolve the issue with the company management unsuccessfully. My husband and I felt that Eugenia cared about his well-being and was willing to help us through this difficult process. On several occasions, Eugenia and Rick reassured my husband that everything will work out and it did. Whenever we had any concerns or questions Eugenia or Rick was always available and willing to answer our questions. Honestly, they make you feel more like family, not just a client.

A few years ago, I went through a horrible situation with my former employer. I consulted with a law firm that didn't feel that it was worth their time and effort. Subsequently, we were forced to retain an attorney to protect my husband's employee rights and maintain his job. Eventually, we were referred to Eugenia and Rick Hicks who assured us that my husband had not done anything wrong.

Both Eugenia and Rick were extremely knowledgeable about employment laws and the rights of employees, they are very easy to chat with, closely listening to our dilemma and providing positive suggestions for surviving a hostile work environment. When it became obvious that my husband's employer was unwilling to comply with the doctor's modified duty request, Eugenia suggested that my husband's health was more important. My husband and I felt that Eugenia cared about his well-being and was willing to help us through this difficult process. Eugenia and Rick Hicks were amazing! When I felt there was no hope with an employer taking advantage and violating the laws Eugenia and Rick stepped in and shinned their light and gave me hope!
